1. On the navbar, expand IT Shop and click Approval Flow Policies.

2. Click the Add button and then enter the following information in the form that appears:

   • Name – Name for the Access Request policy

   • Display Name – Display Name for the Access Request

   • Approval Flow Policy – Select the Approval Flow Policy you create above (Manager 1 Step Approval in the example).

3. Leave the other fields on the form as is and click Save.

4. Back on the Find Access Request Policies page, search for the policy you just created and click the Access Request Policy link for it.

5. Expand the Resources Managed By Policy Accordion and click the Add button.

6. For Resource Type, select the desired type, such as Group (Security).

7. Search for the specific resource belonging to the type and check the box for the resource to select it.

8. Click Save and then click Submit.
