If no specific configuration is applied, EmpowerID uses default settings for each workflow. These default settings can be found on each workflow's View One page. To access the View One page for a permanent workflow, navigate to the Find Permanent Workflows page by expanding Infrastructure Admin > EmpowerID Servers and Settings, and then selecting Permanent Workflows from the navbar. Once on the Find Permanent Workflows page, click the Display Name link for the workflow whose View One page you wish to view.

To view permanent workflows, you need to be assigned to the SaaSAdmin (All Access SaaS) Management Role. This role grants access to the Infrastructure Admin node in EmpowerID. For information on assigning Management Roles, see Assign Management Roles. |
