Sign in to Resource Admin as at least an Application RBAC Owner.
In Resource Admin, locate the application to which you want to create one or more app rights and click add PBAC Resource Types.
Click the Details button for the app record.
This action directs you to the Overview page for the application.
Expand the PBAC Definitions menu item, select PBAC Resource Types, next to the application's record to access its Overview page.
On the Overview page, browse to PBAC Definitions > PBAC Resource Types and click Add New PBAC Resource Type.
Fill in the fields of the “Add New PBAC Resource Type” form and click Save.
Repeat to create additional PBAC Resource Types as needed.
