Delegated users can update a person's manager from the View or View One page. If the person being updated has user accounts in Active Directory or other connected account stores with attribute synchronization enabled, EmpowerID will push the updates to corresponding external directory accounts.

– Remove the Current Manager
On the person's View or View One page, expand the Org Chart and Relationships accordion.
Under Manager and Approver Delegates, click the Edit button for Reports To.
Click the Trash Can icon to remove the current manager.
Click Save.
Step 3

– Add the New Manager
Click the Edit button for Reports To again.
In Enter the Search field, enter the new manager's name in the Search field and click their tile to select that person.
Click Save.
A success message will appear, and the new manager will be displayed in the Reports To field.
