MyIdentity is a microservice application provided by EmpowerID and hosted in Azure. This application grants It empowers users access to relevant information regarding their organization and themselves. Users can perform several tasks within the application, including:

Understanding the User Interface
When users log in to MyIdentity, they are presented with pages and controls that correspond to the access rights granted to their assigned roles. In the image below, the logged-in user has full access to the application and can view all pages and controls available to them.

Main Navigation
Users navigate the different pages of MyIdentity by using the Page dropdown menu. When clicked, the menu displays menu items with links to the various MyIdentity pages. The pages available to users can be tailored to show only those pages users can access.
White Pages
The White Pages provide a directory of organizational information with the following tabbed sections:
My Identities: Displays all identities linked to the user.
All People: A searchable directory of all organizational users. Administrators can configure visible fields to balance transparency and privacy.
My Direct Reports: A view of team members directly managed by the user.
My Department: Shows members of the user’s department.
Internals/Externals: Separate views for internal users and external partners or customers.

MyIdentity Architecture
MyIdentity is a pre-built EmpowerID microservice application that includes several protected application subcomponents, referred to as "subcomponents" in this context. These subcomponents serve as functional units of the microservice, constituting the individual pages and controls that users interact with to access its features. Each subcomponent is essentially an application in itself, allowing its access to be modified for users via their Access Level assignments. This also makes the microservice easily customizable, with the ability to add or remove subcomponents directly from the EmpowerID Web interface.
