Generally, when creating new resources for the above resource types, the Publish in IT Shop property is set to true and must be explicitly set to false to exclude it from being available in the IT Shop.
Publish applications
On the navbar, expand Single Sign-On and click Applications.
From the Applications tab of the Find Applications page, search for the application you want to enable for the IT Shop.
Click the Display Name link for the application.
This directs you to the View page for the application. This page allows you to view and manage information about the application. Notice Publish In IT Shop is set to False.
In the General pane, click the Display Name link to put the application in Edit mode.
On the Edit page, scroll to the Optional Settings pane and select Publish in IT Shop.
Click Add to Cart.
Click the Cart icon to open your cart.
Add a reason for the update to the application and then click Submit.

Publish a Shared Folder
On the navbar, expand Object Administration and select Shared Folders.

On the navbar, expand Role Management and click Business Roles and Locations.
Select the Business Roles tab and then search for the Business Role that you want to publish.
Click the Display Name link to navigate to the View page for the Business Role.
On the View page, click the Display Name link to put the role in edit mode.
Select Publish in IT Shop.
Save your changes.

Verify the resource is in the IAM Shop
After you have followed the above steps to make a resource available in the IAM Shop, you can verify the resource has been published to the IAM Shop by doing the following. Please note that users need to be eligible for the resource to see it.
As an eligible user, point your browser to the IAM Shop for your environment and authenticate as needed.
In the IAM Shop, select the resource type for the resource you just published from the Resource Type drop-down filter.
Search for the resource you just published.
You should see a record for it with Request Access.
