EmpowerID's Resource Admin is an all-inclusive application designed to help you manage resources that you own – and those owned by others if you are an administrator or have been granted access to do so via another assignment.

Navigating Resource Admin
When you log in to Resource Admin, you can see the pages and controls to which you have access. In the below image, the logged-in user has full access to Resource Admin and can see all pages and controls. What you see may vary depending on your access and the types of built to streamline resource management. Whether you are responsible for your own resources or have administrative access to manage resources owned by others, Resource Admin equips you with the necessary tools to streamline these tasks effectively.

Resource Admin Controls
The Resource Admin application includes the following controls. Depending on your access to Resource Admin and other EmpowerID applications, you may not see all controls and menu options.

Resource Panel | Provides a grid or card view of the resources you own. Each record has a Details button for accessing more information about the resource and a Wizard workflow button for managing the resource.  For example, clicking the Details button for a group opens to the Overview page for the group with tabs and buttons for viewing additional information and performing actions against the group. The below image shows the Overview page for a group.  | ||
Workflows Page | Provides a list of workflows you can initiate against the selected resource type. The below image shows workflows that can be initiated against groups. You must have access to the page and the right to initiate the workflows to see them.
