When managers and other decision-makers are out of the office, you can make others "Approver Delegates" for those people. In EmpowerID, Approver Delegates are people who can approve and deny requests on behalf of someone.

Use the Approver Delegate To enable Approver Delegation, use it in conjunction with the Out Of of Office property for a person. To enable Approver Delegation, set Out Of . Set Out of Office to true on for the person for whom the delegation will occur. To set this property, edit delegating their approval rights. You can do this by editing the person, select selecting the Advanced tab, and select enabling the Out Of of Office option. |

Using the Global Search Bar: Search for the person at the top of the page (this is the quickest method).
Using the Find Person Page: Navigate to the Find Person page and search for the person.
