When Business Roles are no longer needed, you can delete them from EmpowerID. This topic demonstrates how.
When you delete a Business Role, EmpowerID removes any access to resources users have as a result of being in that role. Also, any users who belong to the Business Role you delete are placed in the Temporary Business Role.
Delete a Business Role
- On the navbar, expand Role Management and click Business Roles and Locations.
- Select the Allowed Combinations tab and search for the target Business Role and Location.
- Click the Business Role and Location link.
