When Business Roles are no longer needed, you can delete them from EmpowerID. This topic demonstrates how.
When you delete a Business Role, EmpowerID removes any access to resources users have as a result of being in that role. Also, any users who belong to the Business Role you delete are placed in the Temporary Business Role.
Delete a Business Role
On the navbar, expand Role Management and click Business Roles and Locations.
Select the Business Roles and Locations tab.
Search for the Business Role you want to delete and then click the Trash Can icon beside the location.
Click Yes to confirm you want to delete the Business Role; otherwise, click No.
