The Things To Do feature allows you to access commonly used services for a Person from Chatbot. You can request access or run the self-service workflows using the Things to Do option.


  1. Type help in the Bot to bring the options menu.

  2. Click on the Things to Do button.

  3. Please select the action among the given options you wish to perform.

    1. If you need access to resources you currently do not have, click on the Request Acess button.

    2. Self-Service allows end-users an easy-to-follow process for requesting access to IT resources. Please click on Self-Service to run the workflows.

  4. You will be asked for additional options based on your earlier action.

    1. If you click on Request Access, you can choose to manage either Group or Management Roles & Definitions.


    2. If you opt to choose the Self Service option, you will be able to run multiple workflows that you are authorized to access.
