EmpowerID is a modular software product available as SaaS or for on-premise installation that provides broad capabilities in Identity Governance and Administration, Access Management and Single Sign-On, and Privileged Access Management. EmpowerID is a modern container and microservices-based solution. This enables the SaaS and on-premise options to offer equal functionality and to only differ in the infrastructure location in which they are deployed and customer responsibilities. EmpowerID SaaS is deployed and operated in customer-selected Azure regions to ensure data and regulatory compliance.

EmpowerID’s solutions provide complete functionality for all types of identities, including your workforce, partners, customers, and non-person accounts such as applications, devices, or bots.

Access Management and Single Sign-On - controlling the ability for end-users to access systems at runtime. Access Management verifies a user's credentials and allows them access. Access Management also includes federation, which is the ability to access other systems after only logging in once to your Identity Provider.
