View Policies

The audit policies consist of details regarding the rights, data pertaining to access rights being assessed, and how the evaluations comply with the organization's policies and regulations. A recertification audit may have several recertification policies linked to it. Follow the instructions below to view the policies of the Audit,

  1. From the Audit Details page we navigated earlier, click on the Policy tab.

  2. You will be able to see the list of the policies for the chosen audit.

  3. To access policy details, simply click on the "View Details" page. This will take you to a dashboard where you can find relevant tabs to access audit information based on the specific policy.

  4. The information you'll discover here is similar to what we observed on the Audit Details page. However, it's important to understand that the counts and details presented pertain specifically to the policy you select rather than the entire audit. In our situation, since the audit only consisted of one policy, the counts appear identical.

View Requests by Status

  1. You can find the In Progress, Done, and All tabs on the Audit Details page.

    1. In Progress: This tab displays all business request items generated during the audit but still awaiting a decision from the auditors regarding the recertification request.

    2. Done: This tab presents all business request items that have been generated during the audit and a decision has been made, whether it is to revoke, continue, or take other actions.

    3. All: This tab provides a comprehensive view of both the In Progress and Done business request items.

  2. To view specific information, click on the corresponding tab.

View Pending Reviewers

  1. From the Audit Details page, we navigated earlier, click on the Pending Reviewers tab. Pending Reviewers refers to auditors who have been assigned certification task requests but have not yet responded or provided a response.

  2. You can easily find information about pending reviewers and the number of items they must certify. Additionally, you'll find details such as their department, contact information, and manager.

Send Notifications

EmpowerID offers a communication feature that facilitates the recertification process by sending advanced emails to notify recertification participants and, if desired, their managers. This capability ensures that all participants are informed promptly and effectively about their recertification tasks ensuring timely completion and compliance with regulatory requirements. You can send three types of emails in an audit.

All Audit Participants: The email targeting all audit participants aims to remind them about the task of the audit.
Anyone With Unfinished Tasks: This email is intended for individuals who still need to finish their assigned recertification task or have not responded to a recertification request.
Managers of People With Unfinished Tasks: The email aims to notify managers about the recertification task status of their team members who have pending recertification tasks. It would be beneficial to draw managers' attention to their team members' Recertification pending tasks.

Follow the instructions below to send a notification email

  1. Click on the Communications tab from the Audit Details page we navigated earlier. Click on the Send Advanced Notification button

  2. Select the desired type of recipients to whom the email should be sent, as previously discussed.
