Invite People

EmpowerID provides several actions for creating people, with different options available for each. When inviting people to join your organization, EmpowerID creates an inactive person and emails the prospective person a link to complete registration. If the person does not complete registration within the specified number of days, EmpowerID deletes the inactive person account created for that user.

Procedure

  1. On the navbar, expand Identity Administration and select People.

  2. Click the Invite Person action link.



    This opens the Invite User form.

  3. Enter the following information in the form:

    • First Name – First name of the person you are inviting

    • Last Name – Last name of the person you are inviting

    • Email – Email address of the person you are inviting

    • Country – Optionally, select the country of the person you are inviting

    • Primary Business Role and Location – Click the Select a Role and Location link and search for and select a Business role and location. All people must have a Business Role and Location.

  4. When ready, click Submit.

     

  5. Click Submit to close the Passwordless Email Sent message.
