You need to install the EmpowerID Chatbot first before you can use it for self-service identity and access management. The process is pretty easy, so please find the right topic for the channel you are using to interact with Chatbot and follow the steps.
Microsoft Teams Installation
You can easily install the Chatbot from the apps catalog of Microsoft Teams, just like any other app.
Administrators must upload and configure the Chatbot for you or your organization in teams before anyone can install it.
Open your Microsoft Teams App from your browser or desktop.
In Teams, click the Apps tab to open the Apps catalog.
Under Apps, click Built for your org. You should see the EmpowerID Botflow.
Click on the item to view a detailed screen with information about apps.
Click on the 🔽 arrow to see the customized installation options or directly click on Add.
Access the bot by clicking the chat tab or directly typing @botflow in chat or conversations.
