Assign Responsible Party for Management Roles

A responsible party is a person who is responsible for managing and maintaining IT resources. Responsible parties are special assignments that can reported on and used during the termination / leaver process to maintain and transfer governance oversight and be included in compliance and recertification policies.

Assign responsible parties for Management Roles

1. On the navbar, expand Role Management and select Management Roles.

2. From the Actions pane, select Assign Responsibility for Management Roles.
   
   

   Open

   

    

3. Search for the target Management Role and tick the box for the role to select it.
   
   

   Open

   

    

4. Repeat step 3, for each Management Role to which you want to assign a responsible party.

5. When ready, click Submit.

6. Search for the person you want to make the responsible party and click the record for the person to select it.

7. Click Submit.
