Provide Business Request Decision

Business Requests are generated from the Audit Compilation, through which auditors can rectify users' access. Based upon the recertification policy scope and target, the recertification engine will create tasks for appropriate auditors/managers so that the decision about a user’s access can be made easily. Follow the instructions below to Provide Business Request Decisions.

1. Navigate to Business Requests & Tasks→ Business Request → My Tasks App. You will be redirected to the My Tasks Microservice.

2. Provide the name of the Audit in the Search box to search the Business Requests for the audit.

3. Click on the Business Request details to open the details view. You can find detailed information about corresponding resources, access, and the audit in the details view.

4. Click on the decision dropdown button and select the decision for the particular recertification item. More Infomation about the decision is provided in the doc Create Recertification Policies.
   
   

5. Once the decision”.” Alternatively, you can also find the details of the fulfillment from the Audit Details page please follow the instructions in the doc Verify Business Requests are Generated to view details.
