Add Partner Self Registration to the Login Page
EmpowerID's self-registration feature for partners is a valuable tool for streamlining partner onboarding and reducing administrative tasks. For enhanced accessibility, this feature can be integrated as a "Sign Up" option on your organization's login page. When partners self-register, an approval task is created in EmpowerID and sent for approval. Once approved, EmpowerID provisions an EmpowerID Person for the partner within the partner organization. To safeguard against spurious self-registrations, the email suffix for partner organizations must first be registered in EmpowerID before partners can request an identity. This article guides you through the steps for both processes.
Step 1 – Register the partner email suffix
From the navbar, navigate to Admin > Miscellaneous > Lists.
Search for Organization Email Suffixes and then click the Display Name link for the list record.
Expand the Items accordion and click the Add button.
Fill in the following fields and click Save.

Step 2 – Enable partner self registration on the login page
From the navbar, navigate to Infrastructure Admin > EmpowerID Servers and Settings > EmpowerID System Settings.
Search for LoginPagePartner and then click the Edit button for the setting record.
Change the Value from False to True and click Save.
You should now see ‘Partner Self-Register’ as a Sign-Up option on the login page for your organization.
