As an administrator of Azure License Manager (ALM), you utilize the application to connect to your organization's Azure AD tenants and perform tasks such as managing group memberships and subscriptions. This article outlines the available features and settings of ALM for both administrators and users. Access to these features is restricted by the Management Role assigned to the currently logged-in user.
For administrators, the recommended Management Role is the License Admin for All Pools and Bundles Management Role. This role provides complete access to all features and settings within ALM and is intended for users whose job function requires them to set up Azure License Manager for their organization. With this role, administrators can effectively manage various aspects of their organization's Azure subscriptions and license management.
