Enabling the Azure Credential Expiration Notification Workflow

This article describes how to enable the Azure Credential Expiration Notification Workflow in EmpowerID. Enabling this permanent workflow ensures that expired Azure client secrets and certificates are automatically detected, deleted from Azure, and removed from EmpowerID.

You must have the SaaS Admin Management Role to perform this procedure.

Procedure

  1. On the navbar, expand Infrastructure Admin > EmpowerID Server and Settings and select Permanent Workflows.

  2. On the Permanent Workflows page, locate the Azure Credential Expiration Notification workflow and click the workflow’s Display Name link.

  3. On the Permanent Workflow Details page that appears, click the Name link or pencil icon to put the workflow in edit mode.

  4. Toggle Enabled so that it is checked.

     

  5. Click Save to save your changes.
