When you submit requests for resources and those requests go for approval, you can view the status of those requests in My Tasks.

View your requests

  1. Navigate to the My Tasks App portal for your organization.

  2. In My Task, search for the request you want to view.

  3. Click Pending Item (or Pending).

This opens a card view of your request. From the Overview page, you can view general details about the request, included the percentage completed, as well as add a comment and cancel the request if needed.

  4. Click the Process Steps tab to view how many approvals are needed for your request to be granted. In the below image, three approvals are needed. The first from the user’s manager, the second from the resource owner, and the third from a member of a specific Management Role. If the manager approves the request, the process moves to the resource owner for approval, and then to members of the Management Role. If any of the approvers deny the request, access to the resource is denied.
