The EmpowerID Mobile App provides Multi-factor Authentication and chatbot help. The authentication feature provides both Push and Passcode Authentication. The app can be downloaded from the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store for Android and iOS, respectively. Multiple devices may be registered to EmpowerID account and multiple accounts can be registered to the same device.
