EmpowerID Mobile Authenticator app enables you to change the password for your accounts.

  1. Tap on the password tab, and select the Change Password option.

  2. Select the account you want to change the password for and click Next.

  3. Choose an option if you want to change the password for All Accounts or Only for This Account—Tap Next after selecting the option.

  4. Type your current password to validate.

  5. Once the current password has been validated, you will be asked to Type and confirm a new password for the account. Input your new password on both fields.

  6. You will receive a confirmation for the password change.
