Using the EmpowerID Mobile Authenticator

The EmpowerID Mobile Authenticator provides multi-factor authentication (MFA) and chatbot help. The authentication feature offers both push and passcode authentication. You can download the app from the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store for Android and iOS, respectively. You can register multiple devices to your EmpowerID account and register multiple accounts to the same device.
