EmpowerID SaaS data is housed in Azure SQL Database, a fully managed cloud database service. This intelligent database server adapts to application patterns, enhancing performance, reliability, and data protection, allowing EmpowerID to scale according to your requirements.

Ensuring high availability, database failover, and recovery are crucial elements of any system. EmpowerID addresses these concerns by offering active geo-replication across three availability zones (regions), enabling seamless failover when necessary. This setup guarantees that your data remains accessible and protected, even during regional disruptions, thus ensuring continuous and reliable service for your operations.

12 or more cores depending upon the load.

64 GB dedicated

Minimum 200 GB across drives, more to be added considering your volume.

Some important software requirements for the database are

  • Microsoft SQL Server 2017 or later is supported

  • Full-Text Search should be installed and Enabled; EmpowerID uses Full-Text Catalog for search.

On-premise SQL servers are also configured with features for High availability and failover.
