1. Login to EmpowerID using your credentials.

2. When prompted to complete Multifactor Authentication, click the Enter Authentication Code button.

3. Locate the 6-digit code for the person in the EmpowerID Mobile app. You can long touch over an account item to copy the code into the device’s clipboard.

4. In your browser, enter the code into the 6-digit field and click Submit.
