You can edit the account name of

the registered account on your mobile device.
Editing the account name will change the account's display name in the mobile app, and don't modify the account name in EmpowerID.
Open the EmpowerID Mobile app on your mobile device and do the following to open the Rename action on your device:
iOS — From the account information.
From the listing sectionof the screen, swipe left and then press Edit.
Android — Long press the account information section and then press Rename.
Enter a new account name and press Save.
