EmpowerID chatbot can perform various tasks based on your commands provided on chat. This Chatbot can help you reset passwords, create a person, unlock a person, answer your queries and other operations without having to open the EmpowerID web interface. Follow the steps below to start the Chatbot in the mobile app.
Tap on the Chatbot tab in your EmpowerID mobile app.
The Chatbot will show the commands for various actions it can perform.
