The Chatbot is an intelligent virtual assistant. Users can interact with the Chatbot from within Teams, Webchat, the EmpowerID mobile app, or the web to perform self-service identity and access management. Complete documentation of the Chatbot is available here

  1. Tap on the Chatbot tab in your EmpowerID mobile app.

     

  2. The Chatbot will show the commands for various actions it can perform.

Submit an authentication code

View account info

Edit the name of an account

Delete an account from the EmpowerID Mobile Authenticator
