Chatbot

The Chatbot is an intelligent virtual assistant. Users can interact with the Chatbot from within Teams, Webchat, the EmpowerID mobile app, or the web to perform self-service identity and access management. Complete documentation of the Chatbot is available here EmpowerID Chatbot

1. Tap on the Chatbot tab in your EmpowerID mobile app.
