Once a request for a credential is approved, users can unlock the credential and use it to access applications and perform tasks authorized for that credential. Follow these steps to unlock and use the credential:
Procedure
Sign in to the IAM Shop Portal
Navigate to the IAM Shop portal for your organization and log in using your credentials.
Select Credentials Resource Type
From the Resource Type dropdown menu, select Credentials.
Click the Manage Access tab.
Locate and Unlock the Credential
Find the credentials you want to unlock and click Unlock.
Enter Master Password
Enter your master password and click OK.
Reveal or Copy Credentials
Hover over the User Name, Password, and Notes fields to reveal or copy the credentials and notes as needed.
