Unlocking and Using Approved Credentials

Once a request for a credential is approved, users can unlock the credential and use it to access applications and perform tasks authorized for that credential. Follow these steps to unlock and use the credential:

Procedure

  1. Sign in to the IAM Shop Portal

    • Navigate to the IAM Shop portal for your organization and log in using your credentials.

  2. Select Credentials Resource Type

    • From the Resource Type dropdown menu, select Credentials.

    • Click the Manage Access tab.

  3. Locate and Unlock the Credential

    • Find the credentials you want to unlock and click Unlock.

  4. Enter Master Password

    • Enter your master password and click OK.

  5. Reveal or Copy Credentials

    • Hover over the User Name, Password, and Notes fields to reveal or copy the credentials and notes as needed.
