Remove People from Business Role and Location Combination

When you remove people from Business Role and Location combinations, those people lose the access to resources they received by virtue of belonging to those Business Roles and Locations.

Remove people from Business Roles and Locations

  1. On the navbar, expand Role Management and click Business Roles and Locations.

  2. Select the Allowed Combinations tab and search for the target Business Role and Location.

  3. Click the Business Role and Location link.


    This directs you to the View page for the Business Role and Location combination. View pages allow you to view and manage the objects to which they pertain.

     

  4. On the View page, select the Members subtab and then expand the All People in Business Role and Location accordion.

  5. Enter the name of the person you want to remove from the BRL into the second search field.

  6. Tick the box for the person record to select the person.

     

  7. Repeat steps 5 and 6 for each person you want to remove.

  8. When ready to commit your changes, click Submit.

Before submitting your changes, you can remove one or more people from the cart by clicking the Removed icon and then clicking the Remove button beside the people you want to remove, as shown in the below image.
