Making Business Roles available in the IAM Shop
To make Business Roles available in the IAM Shop for users to request access, they need to be combined with specific locations. In EmpowerID, these combinations are referred to as "Business Roles and Location Combinations," which consist of a Business Role (e.g., "Contractor" or "Standard Employee") and a corresponding location (e.g., "All Business Locations" or "Boston"). This article provides step-by-step instructions on publishing these combinations in the IAM Shop.
Procedure
Navigate to the Find Business Roles and Locations page by expanding Role Management and clicking Business Roles and Locations on the navbar.
Select the Allowed Combinations tab on the Find page and search for the Business Role and Location combination you want to make available in the IAM Shop.
Click the Business Role and Location link for the combination.

This directs you to the View One page for the Business Role and Location Combination. View One pages are designed to facilitate the viewing and management of their corresponding objects in EmpowerID.

Click the Edit link in the General pane to put the Business Role and Location Combination in Edit mode.

Select Publish in IAM Shop and click Save.
