EmpowerID Chatbot
The Chatbot is an intelligent virtual assistant that allows users to manage their identity and access in a self-service manner. The Chatbot can also proactively notify users of new tasks to approve or if their account is locked out. EmpowerID's unique approach to Chatbots enables the Chatbot processes to be designed as secure workflows using EmpowerID Workflow Studio. The Chatbot can understand the meaning of chat messages and execute workflows in EmpowerID. LUIS, a cloud-based conversational AI service in Azure, powers the bot's natural language processing capability. You can use the EmpowerID Chatbot on various platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Service Now, EmpowerID Mobile App, and Web Chat to manage your identity and access.
Chatbot Authorization Error -"Sorry, authorization failed. Please contact your system administrator regarding your Teams account.”
Any accounts not inventoried into EmpowerID or failing any requirements mentioned below in prerequisite will receive an error message "Sorry, authorization failed. Please contact your system administrator regarding your Teams account.” when they try to access the Chatbot. If you receive the error message, please request that your administrator or the IT Department to configure your account to allow you to access the Chatbot from your team's channel. You should be able to access the Chabot after your account is configured correctly by the administrators. More information about the error is provided here.
