Unlock a Locked-Out Person

If someone enters an incorrect password multiple times while trying to log in to EmpowerID within the time frame specified by the Password Manager policy assigned to them, they will be locked out for a duration specified in the policy. During this lockout period, the affected person won't be able to access EmpowerID even if they provide the correct password later.

Users can now unlock their accounts directly through the chatbot without having to log in to the web interface. This makes the process of account unlocking more convenient and user-friendly. The EmpowerID Chatbot simplifies the account unlocking process, making accessing their accounts significantly easier.
