Making Business Request Decisions

This article outlines the process for auditors or responsible parties to make decisions on business requests generated from audit compilations. These decisions play a crucial role in managing user access within the organization. Based on the recertification policy's scope and target, the recertification engine assigns tasks to the appropriate auditors or managers. This ensures that decisions regarding user access are made efficiently and accurately.

Procedure

  1. Navigate to the My Tasks app for your environment.

  2. Select My Requests from the Request View dropdown and search for the target business request.



  3. Click on the Business Request details to open the details view. You can find detailed information about corresponding resources, access, and the audit in the details view.

     

  4. Click on the decision dropdown button and select the decision for the particular recertification item. For more information about what these decisions mean, please see Create Recertification Policies.

Results

After you have made your decision, you should see the Request Status and Fulfillment Status fields update accordingly.
