Making Business Request Decisions

When recertification audits generate business requests, designated approvers must review and make decisions about user access. This article guides you through the process of providing recertification decisions for assigned business request items.

Procedure

  1. Navigate to the My Tasks app.

  2. In the Request View dropdown, select To Do.

  3. Search for the request requiring your decision and click the request link.

    This opens the Overview for the request.

  4. Click the DECISION dropdown and select your decision.

  5. Submit your decision to complete the review.

  6. Verify your decision was recorded by checking that the Request Status and Fulfillment Status fields update accordingly.
