Edit LoA point values for MFA Types

Each MFA Type offered by EmpowerID comes pre-configured with a designated LoA (Level of Assurance) point value. You can customize these point values by increasing or decreasing them for each MFA Type according to your organization's security requirements and preferences. This flexibility allows you to tailor the authentication process to suit your organization's specific needs while maintaining high security.

Edit point values

1. Expand Single Sign-On > SSO Connections on the navbar and click Multifactor Authentication.

2. From the grid, click the Edit button for the MFA Type whose point value you want to change.

3. In the dialog that appears, type the new value in the Level of Assurance (LoA) field and then click Save.
