Searching the IT Shop

When you need access to a particular resource, such as membership in a group, you use the IT Shop to do so. The IT Shop provides a number of simple and search parameters that allow you to narrow your search to specific resources. The below table describes these search features by resource type.

Please note that a resource must be published to the IT Shop before you can search for it. If you cannot find a specific resource, most likely it has not been published to the IT shop.

Tagged Searches

In addition to the basic and advanced search options, you can also search by any tags added to resources within your organization. For example, if you want to request membership in a Management Role that sends notifications to each member when changes in group membership occur, you can select Notifications as the tag and then further refine results using one or more Advanced search parameters.

The more tags selected, the more refined the searches become.
