Access Requests

EmpowerID provides a streamlined, self-service access request system designed to expedite the process of granting IT resources to users while maintaining compliance with organizational policies. The self-service system includes three components: IAM Shop, Eligibility, and Approvals and Approval Routing. Through the IAM shop, users can request access to IT resources based on their job functions. Eligibility policies can be generated to control which users have access to specific items in the shop, and EmpowerID's approval routing engine ensures that all requests comply with organizational risk and Segregation of Duties policies. Overall, EmpowerID's access request system offers an efficient and accountable way to manage access to IT resources.
