Verify Configurations & Publish the Bot Microservice to Azure
After you have completed the previous step of Setting up the Microsoft App ID, you have almost completed the required azure configurations to set up the Microsoft Bot microservice. Now you should verify that all configurations have been made right, and you can deploy the Bot microservice into the Azure Web App. Publishing the microservice will deploy all needed files to host the endpoints for the bot into the app service.
Verify Configurations
The App Service configuration should now be complete and appear similar to as shown below. Please make sure that all necessary values have been added appropriately to the Configuration.
Publish the microservice
Log in to EmpowerID as a person with the necessary access to initiate the Publish Azure App Service workflow.
On the navbar, expand Azure License Manager and click Configuration.
On the Configuration page, select the Tenants tab and then click the Publish Azure App Service action link.
For the Application, Type select Microservices and then click Submit.
For Microservice Application, select Bot Microservice V3.1 and click Submit.

Browse for and select the App Service Publisher Profile Settings file you downloaded from Azure.
Once you have selected the file, click Submit.
Click Yes to confirm that you want to publish the microservice.
Click OK to close the publish results message.
