Management Roles

In EmpowerID, Management Roles serve as comprehensive sets of operational capabilities organized into job-based bundles. These bundles facilitate efficient bulk resource assignments to users based on their roles within your organization. Management Roles are a versatile means of granting access that transcends individual applications or operating systems. EmpowerID offers a predefined set of Management Roles for immediate use, and the system allows for the creation of custom Management Roles as required.

Each Management Role is associated with a Management Role Definition. These Management Role Definitions establish a foundational level of access, serving as a starting point for configuring resource permissions for a given Management Role. EmpowerID comes equipped with a selection of predefined Management Role Definitions, while also allowing users to create new ones to tailor access permissions according to specific requirements.
