Assign Business Roles to Business Domains and Subdomains

This article demonstrates how to assign Business Roles by using the default node structure. If you are using nodes other than those depicted, simply replace them with those used in your environment. For information on changing these nodes, see Changing IT Shop Application and Business Roles Parent Nodes.
Assign Business Roles to Business Domains and Subdomains
On the navbar, expand Role Management and click Business Roles and Locations.
Select the Business Roles tab, search for the Business Role you want to appear as a Domain subdomain, and click the Display Name link for it.
On the Business Role Details page, click the Edit link for Direct Assigned Locations and then click the Select a Location link.
From the tree, expand Business Structure > Business Domains > Domain and then select the desired subdomain.
Click Save.
