Deleting an Account from the Mobile App

To delete an account from the EmpowerID Mobile App

1. Open the EmpowerID Mobile app on your mobile device and do the following to open the Delete action on your device:

   • iOS — From the account information section of the screen, swipe left.

   • Android — Long press the account information section.

2. Press Delete.

3. Press Yes.
