This Chatbot can help you reset passwords, create a person, unlock a person, answer your queries and other operations without having to open the EmpowerID web interface. Follow the steps below to start the Chatbot in the mobile app. The Chatbot is an intelligent virtual assistant. Users can interact with the Chatbot from within Teams, Webchat, the EmpowerID mobile app, or the web to perform self-service identity and access management.
