The user can delete registered accounts in the mobile app. Deletion of the account is straightforward, and please follow the following steps to delete an account,
Deleting the account in the mobile app will unregister the account from the mobile app, and don’t delete or modify the account on the EmpowerID system.
Open the EmpowerID Mobile app on your mobile device and do the following to open the Delete action on your device:
iOS — From the account information section of the screen, swipe left.
Android — Long press the account information section.
Press Delete.
Press Yes.
