When you submit requests for resources and those requests go for approval, you can view the status of those requests in My Tasks.

View your requests

  1. Navigate to the My Tasks App portal for your organization.

  2. In My Tasks, search for the request you want to view.

  3. Click Pending Item (or Pending).

This opens a card view of your request. From the Overview page, you can view general details about the request, including the percentage completed, and add a comment or cancel the request if needed.

  4. Click the Process Steps tab to view how many approvals are needed for your request to be granted. In the below image, three approvals are needed. The first approval is needed from the user’s manager, the second approval is needed from the resource owner, and the third approval is needed from a member of a specific Management Role. If the manager approves the request, the process moves to the resource owner and then to all members of the specified Management Role. If any approvers deny the request, access is denied.
