Restore Deleted People

EmpowerID maintains a record of all terminated Person accounts for easy restoration of those accounts as needed. Restoring deleted person accounts makes those accounts active and restores any resources those people had, including their original user accounts and mailboxes.

Restore deleted people

  1. On the navbar, expand Identity Management and select People.

  2. From the Actions pane, click the Restore Deleted People in Bulk action.

     

  3. Search for each deleted person you want to restore and then tick the box beside the corresponding person record.

     

  4. Click Submit and then click Vote Yes to confirm your decision.

     

  5. Click Submit to close the Operation Execution Summary.

     

  6. Search for the restored person. You should the record for that person.
