Removing Members from Groups with the CRUD Runner
Administrators can use the EmpowerID CRUD Runner application to manage group memberships by removing users from groups. This ensures that groups are correctly populated with the necessary members, maintaining access control and organizational structure.
Procedure
Navigate to the endpoint configured for the CRUD Runner.
If you are not authenticated, you will be directed to Keycloak.
Enter your credentials in Keycloak and sign in.
After authenticating, you are directed to the CRUD Runner.
Under Pages, search for OCG - OpenLDAP and click the tile for that page.
This opens the page for managing OpenLDAP users and groups in your organization.
Select the Groups tab and search for the target group.
Click the group record to enable the contextual actions.
Click the Remove User From Group action.
This opens the OCG - OpenLDAP Remove User From Group (Groups) form.
Search for the user to be removed from the group and click their record to select it.
Click Submit.
You should see a message stating the workflow was completed successfully.
