EmpowerID automates the lifecycle of identities through the Joiner, Mover, and Leaver (JML) phases. The events associated with these phases ensure that each user has the correct application accounts, based on either a role, group membership or user request. Typically, these events are driven by Human Capital Management (HCM) systems and include the pre-hire interview process, start-date, transfers and terminations. EmpowerID integrates with an organization's HCM to provision and de-provision access to both Cloud and on-premise applications based on the data received from the HCM.
