Assign Responsible Parties to License Bundles

Responsible Parties are the people in your organization who are responsible for managing license bundles. They become the owners of those bundles.

Assign responsible parties to license bundles

1. On the navbar, expand Azure License Manager and select Manage Assignments.

2. Select the License Bundles tab and search for license bundle to which you want to add the exclusion rule.

3. Click the License Bundle link for the target bundle.

4. From the License Info panel of the License Bundle Details page, enter the responsible party in the Responsible Party field and then click the tile for that party to select it.
